Our two-ply paper performs essential functions: it allows cheese to breathe and maintains the delicate balance of humidity required to prevent cheese from drying out. This paper is manufactured in France and used by the finest cheese purveyors to wrap and store cheese to stay fresher longer. Composed of an ultra-thin sheet of low-density polyethylene laminated to pure fiber paper.
