This raw milk, Spanish-style cheese is fully aged. The semi hard texture provides a unique creaminess with sweet, slightly spicy undertones and a long lactic, pineapple finish.

CHEESE HANDLING:
Keep refrigerated.
Vacuum-sealed package may be stored for up to six months.
Once opened, tightly wrap the remaining cheese and store in an airtight bag up to 30 days.
