The Diamond Reserve is a raw milk cheese that is aged over nine months giving the texture plenty of crystals. The overall flavor embodies a rich caramel taste with butterscotch notes.
CHEESE SIZE:
Random weight, approximately 5-6 ounces.

CHEESE HANDLING:
Keep refrigerated.
Vacuum-sealed package may be stored for up to six months.
Once opened, tightly wrap the remaining cheese and store in an airtight bag up to 30 days.
