This fresh, aromatic olive oil is made using the Agrumato Method, where our early-harvest Frantoio olives are milled together with certified organic Genovese basil to produce a balanced oil with fragrant notes of fresh basil, tomato leaf, and ripe olive. Perfect over mozzarella and tomatoes or drizzled over fresh pasta with parmesan.
